These Terms of Service govern your use of the WriteFlow AI mobile application and related services provided by DanteApps Labs.
Service Description
WriteFlow AI provides AI-assisted writing features such as rewriting, summarizing, improving, and generating text. Features, limits, and availability may change as the product evolves.
Acceptable Use
- Use the app only for lawful purposes.
- Do not attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
- Do not submit content that you are not permitted to process through third-party cloud AI services.
- Do not rely on generated output as professional legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical advice.
AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and validating generated content before use.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features, if offered, are handled through Google Play Billing or another designated store channel. Pricing, trial terms, renewal handling, and cancellation processes are governed by the applicable store platform.
Availability
We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue part of the app or service at any time, including during testing, rollout, maintenance, or security work.
Intellectual Property
The app, branding, interface, and service components remain the property of DanteApps Labs or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, billing issues, or operational reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DanteApps Labs provides WriteFlow AI on an "as is" and "as available" basis and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from app use, service interruptions, or generated output.
